Touch World Cup & NTL with Luke Cain, Chris Lennon & Josh Moffitt

Mark Tipple chats with Caino, Lenno & Moff about the upcoming Touch World Cup and the boys' experience as a part of the national champion Hornets Men's team. These three rising stars were key parts of the Hornets Men's Open campaign winning the 2024 NTL Championship title in March after taking out the prestigious NSW State Cup in December with their club team, the Central Coast Dolphins. Luke Cain will represent Australia for the first time at the 2024 Touch World Cup in Nottingham, playing for the Australian Men's Open team. Luke has had a unique path to the Australian team, missing out on many junior representative teams but through hard work and persistence has made a name for himself as one of the best players in the world, winning the Dally M Medal for Touch in 2019. Josh Moffitt is one of the unluckiest players to not be featuring at this year's World Cup, having represented Australia previously in the U18 & U20 categories. Josh talks about that disappointment while also reflecting on the stellar career he has forged in Touch at just 23 years old. Chris Lennon is a name on many people's lips as a player to watch this year and for many years to come. With an attacking arsenal Of the likes rarely seen in the sport and a great attitude to match, Chris has risen to prominence winning major titles with Australia U20 Mixed, Central Coast and Hornets recently to set the stage for an exciting World Cup campaign.
