Define what happened, its impact, required changes, and clear consequences for non-compliance. * Delivery: Conduct the conversation in a private, safe space. Discuss the warning thoroughly, document the conversation, and obtain the team member's signature within 24 hours. * Documentation: Submit the signed warning to HR for documentation, regardless of whether a signature is obtained.
