8 episodiosClairvoyant Master Healer, Teacher, and Energy Coach Djali Vesela and I have a fascinating conversation about how she got into energy work, how you can access your intuition using energy tools, and more. Energy work is a fascinating field, and this episode has something for you whether you're new or have been around the proverbial block. Djali lives in Prague and emanates a kind of confidence that I rarely see in women. She's warm, playful, and inviting. She laughs, doesn't take herself too seriously, and is very transparent. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did! If Djali didn't have another commitment, we probably would have kept going for another hour! Oh, I have to tell you that I attended one of Djali's energy clearing sessions the day after our recording. Friends, it was amazing! I highly recommend checking this low-cost offering out. In this episode, psychotherapist and transformation strategist Heidi Gruss and I talk entrepreneurship, transformation, and everything in between! While Heidi generally works with female entrepreneurs, this is a very relevant conversation for EVERYONE! We tackle subjects that female entrepreneurs - especially those who are building families - face like the illusion of "balance," overwhelm, blocks, confidence, intuition, and so much more! We also talked about Heidi's Transformation Methodology, which she created to be a simple yet strategic methodology for her clients to help them build belief and confidence in themselves. She shares how patterns and emotional blocks keep showing up in our lives and how she can help clients work through them so that they can achieve the successes that are important to them. I really loved our chat about her morning rituals, which includes celebrating wins, practicing gratitude, and setting intentions. Honestly, I adored our entire conversation and am struggling to summarize it. This is an episode I plan to listen to again and again because there is simply so much gold in it, and I do hope that you'll tune in! In this episode, mindset and high-performance coach Adrienne Grace and I talk about goal-setting, her mentor Bob Proctor, and all kinds of “woo” things that you wouldn’t expect to hear from a former VP of sales in the investment world. Speaking of, Adrienne is a CFA (for all of you non-finance folks, that’s like a gold-standard achievement in the investment management industry) who left her lucrative career to become a coach. Within a year, she built a 6-figure coaching business by applying the principles that she coaches on - a business where she helps her clients set & achieve their own big, beautiful OMG goals. I hope that you enjoy this episode! Mentioned (and how you can connect with Adrienne): 1. Have you ever "searched" for your purpose? Like, have you asked yourself the question "What is my purpose?" Well, I've spent more than 20 years of my life pondering this question, and I have some thoughts about it that I share with you in today's episode. Just a note that the first minute or so after the intro is a bit slow, but I promise that it picks up quickly! The biggest takeaway is that I believe strongly that every single one of us has a purpose. And, that even the most committed of us on this journey to fulfill our callings will likely express them in different ways throughout our lives. And so, today's episode is about the difference between purpose and its current expression - its "job title." Now, these are my current ponderings on this subject, and they may change over time! One benefit I see to holding the belief I share today is that it reduces the pressure to find our one "right" thing; that it gives us permission to explore different ways we can fulfill our callings. And, that by differentiating what our purpose is from its "job title," we free ourselves to honor our callings even when we're doing work that doesn't speak to our hearts. Mentioned in this episode: * Jiddu Krishnamurti's book "Think On These Things" * My free "Meet Your Future (Essential) Self" [https://kristiamdahl.com/essential-self-sign-up/] meditation and workbook
In this episode, ICF certified life coach and energy coach Megan Seams shares with us how she went from crisis mode to building an inspired and beautiful life. Megan's traveled the world, started three businesses, and just bought a one-way ticket to Scotland! This is a conversation you won't want to miss! We cover a lot of ground in this episode, but I really want to highlight the part of our conversation that dives into Human Design (HD). I'm fairly new to HD, but I recently had a reading and it blew my mind just how well it described me, my personality, and my life! I felt understood in a way that I never before have, and so to have a guest who's so well-versed in HD and integrates it into her life and coaching is a serious treat! You'll definitely want to skip down to the bottom of the show notes for a link to Megan's free Human Design roadmap. About Megan Seamans: Megan Seamans is a Certified Life & Energy Coach and Human Design Guide. Megan supports women to tap into their magic and confidently lead their life; without people pleasing, fear or doubt standing in the way. After navigating the loss of her brother in 2018 and facing burnout on the thing she was the most passionate about, she changed the way she looked at purpose. You’ll find Megan sharing her joy and wisdom on places like Tiny Buddha, Elite Daily, and numerous podcasts. She’s currently rooted in Winter Park, Florida but is often found catching a one way ticket to somewhere new!
