We struggle with anxiety, stress and some of us with depression and this seems to be typical symptoms for moms like us who are raising littles especially littles with extra needs. And although there are numerous ways we can reduce and remove inflammation from our bodies, each one of us nourishes differently and has different nourishing needs. And for that reason there is no one size fits all to health and wellness. But there is a pattern that requires consistency and discipline that will reduce this fire that control our thoughts, feelings and emotions. And once we find that rhythm of finding what is working to align our bodies again, we begin to find our true authentic self. The more my littles and I have become more open to these choices, the more results we are witnessing.
