Welcome! A little bit about myself to understand my podcast: I am an 18 yr old high school senior attempting to navigate life. In my podcast, I keep things real. We'll discuss topics as light as pop culture, life stories, and even play games, but we know how to take a conversation to a more meaningful level. I understand how imperative it is to feel seen, heard, and understood. This is why mental health and wellness is an important topic to me.
