Presenting Symptoms: * Grandiose sense of self-importance * Preoccupation with fantasies of unlimited power * Belief in her own uniqueness; can only be understood by "special" people * Requires constant admiration and attention * Sense of entitlement * Interpersonally exploitative behavior * Lack of empathy * Envious of others and believes others are envious of her * Arrogant, haughty behaviors and attitudes * Paranoid ideation, particularly regarding perceived threats to her authority Treatment History: * Previous outpatient therapy (discontinued due to non-compliance) * Brief hospitalization following a particularly severe public outburst  * Admitted to The Carcosa Institute for comprehensive treatment (date of admission to be added) Current Status: Ms. Corazon is under the care of Dr. King at The Carcosa Institute. She struggles with the structured environment and often attempts to manipulate staff and other patients. Treatment focuses on developing empathy, managing anger, and addressing her paranoid thoughts. She participates in individual and group therapy sessions, though engagement is inconsistent. Note: Staff should be aware of Ms. Corazon's tendency to issue "royal decrees" and attempt to order others around. Firm, consistent boundaries are essential in her care plan.

Alter Personalities: 1. "Tweedle Dum": Presents as jovial, optimistic, and childlike. Often speaks in rhymes and riddles. 2. "Tweedle Dee": Manifests as more serious, literal-minded, and prone to pessimism. Alice claims to have fallen down a rabbit hole into a world she calls "Wonderland." She describes encounters with various fantastical creatures and experiences that defy the laws of physics and logic. INITIAL ASSESSMENT: Patient presents as a well-spoken, imaginative young woman with a tendency to slip into elaborate fantasies. She shows signs of disorganized thinking and difficulty distinguishing between reality and her hallucinations. Alice maintains that her experiences in "Wonderland" are real, despite all evidence to the contrary. DIAGNOSIS: * Primary: Schizophrenia with prominent positive symptoms * Secondary: Possible dissociative identity disorder * Differential: Temporal lobe epilepsy, drug-induced psychosis (to be ruled out) TREATMENT PLAN: 1.
