WHAT ACTIONS CAN YOU SEE HAVE HELPED GUIDE AND MOVE YOU ALONG TO YOUR DREAMS/ GOALS? 3. START HABIT STACKING : YES, THE SMALL STUFF ESPECIALLY! CREATING AN IMAGE OR MOVIE ABOUT WHAT OUR ‘HIGHER’ SELF ,DOES/ HAS/ THINKS, CAN BE SO POWERFUL IN DRIVING PAST THE MENTAL BLOCKS OF HARMONIZING WITH OUR DESIRES AND DREAMS, WHEN WE FEEL STUCK.
