This is the video I wish existed when I first started training.  Bodybuilding gave me structure.  But it also gave me a very narrow definition of what strength looked like. THis video is about what happens when you outgrow that version of yourself. I talk about the body as identity, as rebellion, and as a ritual - and why building muscle is about way more than aesthetics.
