Awaken Through the Wounds is a healing space for anyone who grew up carrying pain they were never allowed to speak about.  Hosted by "The Girl Behind the Mic," this podcast explores suppressed childhood memories, trauma-based relationships, generational wounds, midlife awakenings and the moment you finally realize your story deserves to be told.  Here, you'll find gentle truth telling, emotional support and the reminder that you are NOT BROKEN.  You are AWAKENING.  This podcast isn't "perfect".  It's my first and honestly I never imagined doing something like this, but I have a calling to help others who feel as lost as I did at one point in my life.  I don't want anyone who is going through this to feel alone.  I am here for you.
