This first episode is a solo one, just you and me, and I am getting into something that is very personal to where I am right now, and something I believe a lot of you are navigating too. It's pivot season. Not the buzzword version. The real kind, the kind that reaches into the deeper parts of your life and asks something significant of you. In this episode I am opening up about the quiet, reflective season I walked through earlier this year, the revelation I had sitting in my therapist's office that I was standing at the edge of yet another pivot, and the series of life changes I am currently navigating all at once, in motherhood, career, health, identity, and mindset. I also get into what a pivot actually is, why so many of us are in one right now whether we have named it or not, and why I believe embracing it, as uncomfortable as it is, is the most courageous thing we can do.
