I’m Tini Nguyen, the host of Ghosts of SLO, which is a podcast about paranormal experiences, supernatural beings, and haunted places in San Luis Obispo. Episode 1 - The Dark Watchers

The Dark Watchers are mysterious humanoid beings that have been spotted near the Santa Lucia Mountains, not too far from San Luis Obispo.
