Ep 2 - Therapy & Recovery

In this episode, I discuss what I'm doing for my recovery. The help I am getting on my journey is through my weekly gam-anon meetings (gam-anon.org - meeting directory - virtual meetings) and finding my therapist through the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-522-4700) which will put you in touch with your local council.
