Harry Fox is hurt in a car wreck after chasing a motorcycle there or something. While in the hospital he thinks he sees someone get murdered in his room by a man shuffling around. He can't be sure because he was heavily sedated. Then Cindy hears a man shuffling out of the hospital, so she and Harrison chase him. At least not until Ralph meets John Hart, AKA The Lone Ranger. After talking with him, he realizes people need heroes.
