Nora Engelbert - From Anthropology to ARON®: Leading with Joy, Courage & CoCreation

Nora's journey from academia to the business and public stages on transforming collaboration and leadership In this powerful episode, Nora Engelbert shares her personal and professional journey—from life as an anthropologist in academia to her transformative work in the business world. Now a keynote speaker and alumna of the Keynote Bootcamp with Barbara Bosch, Nora speaks publicly about leadership, change, and the human side of innovation. At the heart of her message is the ARON® Method with CoCreation—a five-step approach built around the simple yet profound principle of EVE: Erkennen (Discern) Verbinden (Connect) Entfalten (Unfold) Nora explains how every journey begins with a pause: tuning in, clearing what no longer serves us, and resonating deeply with the world inside and around us. From that place of clarity, we connect—with purpose, people, and potential—and then let go into trusting the flow, watching what wants to emerge and grow through co-creation. This method blends deep inner work with practical application, designed to support leaders and organizations as they scale digital, co-creative environments using tools like the Kyona method. Nora brings her experience, empathy, and structure to help others walk the inner path, connect authentically, and lead with joy. If you’re seeking a more human, courageous, and scalable way to lead—this episode will move and inspire you.
