Mindfulness at the Orangery

Welcome to this guided mindful walk and mindful activities to be enjoyed whilst you are visiting Ingestre Orangery. Hannah from The Well Nest retreat centre and wellbeing services will be your guide for today and will take you through the gardens and along the Woodland Walk. Make your way to the formal garden and take a seat on the grass or on the steps along the side of the Orangery, take a deep breath and press play. You can return to the gardens and experience the mindful walk as many times as you wish. You may notice some new each time.

If you thought you knew all about Ingestre village think again. A new resident, a retired police officer, has moved to the village but it is soon clear that he has not entirely left behind his past life. This is episode one of a series of fictional audio dramas set in the Staffordshire village of Ingestre. The places are real but the characters are not! Created by FiredUp Theatre for Friends of Ingestre Orangery as part of their Sustainable Restoration project (National Lottery Heritage Fund).
