Over KCLR's The Spice of Life

The Spice of Life is a 10-part series produced by KCLR under the Sound & Vision scheme, with the support of Coimisiún na Meán and the television licence fee. Each episode sees KCLR's Aisling McDonald joined by three guests around the table in restaurants and cafés around Kilkenny and Carlow to discuss dishes from their homeland, ingredients and origins, while turning to talk about inclusion, culture, traditions and family. Aisling's also joined by The Home Run's Vinny Bradley as he spends some time in the kitchen with one of our guest chefs to learn how their chosen dishes for each episode are made.
