Life After Zaria with Guda Stax

The Life After Zaria with Guda Stax Podcast was created with therapy in mind. My 3 year old daughter was in a fatal car accident in winter 2016, and life suddenly changed. It was obvious I needed to talk to someone but I was too afraid. Afraid of what emotions I might bring up. Afraid of how I might make others uncomfortable with my story. Afraid that I might look weak. All these thoughts changed when I actually went to therapy and had healing conversations. I realized just talking about my daughter made me feel better. So I aim to add that same element of healing through our podcast.
