Over Men Who Lead Well | masculinity, insecurity, marriage, dad, faith, husband

Are insecurity, anger, or stress creating disconnection in your marriage or home? As a Christian husband or dad, do you feel the weight of leading your family spiritually, emotionally, and financially — but often feel inadequate, unsure, or overwhelmed?  Do you feel like you’re supposed to have it altogether but don’t? If that’s you, you’re not alone. You’re in the right place!  This podcast is for Christian men who want clarity in their identity, confidence in their leadership, connection in their marriage, and strength in raising children who love Jesus. Hey, I’m Glenn — husband, dad, and Christ follower. For years I tried leading my family on my own strength. I struggled with communication in marriage, emotional ups and downs, and misunderstood what biblical masculinity looked like. I finally realized that if I wanted peace in my home, my understanding of leadership needed an overhaul from God. Through the Word, God rebuilt my identity, communication skills, and leadership one brick at a time. If you’re ready to lead with confidence, create more peace in your home, and become a steady, Christ-centered husband and father — you don’t have to figure this out alone; let’s walk this road together. So pause the world for a minute and let’s hang out! P.S. I'd like to connect with you: Join a supportive community of like-minded men at my Facebook group Becoming Men Who Lead Well. 021 Why Do Kids Drift From Faith? What Every Dad Needs to Know
