But something about knowing that this is their routine and how much I wanted a slower paced life. (Something I tried to make happen in Hawaii and failed). This was at a bench I decided to sit on mid-way going home because there are so many places to sit that aren’t necessarily parks and definitely not the same as the bus stops. New York doesn’t have this where you can just find a place to sit and rest. They’re everywhere here even major intersections which are also un chaotic.
