Discomfort Zone

What?! I have a podcast?! Learning to do something new requires the vulnerability and courage to be imperfect and messy. Since I want to be perceived as polished and perfect, I tend to avoid leaning in to experiences where I may look like I don't have it all together. In this episode, I confront my inner perfectionist: I pick up the microphone and give podcasting a try. I talk about my own journey into the discomfort zone: the place where the magic happens. It's only when we venture to that risky place outside of where we are comfortable that we have the opportunity to grow and learn.
