Coss Marte is a former NYC drug kingpin who ran the biggest drug delivery services in the city. While incarcerated he worked out everyday to get in shape, and even started helping other inmates train and get fit. This inspired Coss to start his business, Conbody. A prison inspired gym and training regimen that is focused on body weight, prison style workouts. Lisa Jaster is a mom, jiu jitsu purple belt, and most notably she is the first female reserve officer to graduate from the US Armys Ranger School. She was part of the very first group of females allowed to attend Ranger school and paved the way for the females that have attended since. *Little audio disclaimer* There is some audio weirdness towards the end of the episode.
