U n' I with Rashmi Shetty (Season 3)- Rashi Goel

I’ve always believed that the most impactful leaders are those who speak from a place of deep authenticity. That is exactly what drew me to Rashi Goel. Reading  Rashi’s postson LinkedIn, I was struck by her rare ability to balance rigorous the DEI strategy with a voice that is consistently genuine, grounded, and bold. It’s that very authenticity that made me know I had to invite her to be part of this series. Who is Rashi Goel? With over a decade of experience, Rashi operates at the vital intersection of strategy, culture, and leadership. As the head of the business impact vertical at the Godrej DEI Lab, she doesn’t just "talk" about inclusion—she embeds it into the very systems of an organization. What sets her apart: * She moves DEI from a "nice-to-have" to a business imperative with tangible results. * She partners with leaders to ensure inclusion isn't an afterthought, but a foundational pillar of leadership. * She is actively shaping the future of corporate India by championing workplaces where everyone truly belongs.
