Hi friend. I’ve been away from the pod for a while. I felt inspired to do a quick episode (no editing, sorry lol) because of this song I heard tonight called, “It’s OK,” by Nightbirde. She’s a beautiful soul from AGT and she’s experiencing cancer for the 3rd time. I loved how she was able to spread so much love in the world by sharing her heartfelt song and illuminating smile. This episode is not a song or a smile but it is just my reminder to you that if you’re not okay right now, it’s totally okay. Collectively, the world is going through a lot and on an individual level, I’m sure I can’t even fathom what some of you are going through. I hope this short meditation and positive affirmations help someone who needs a reminder that you’re gonna be okay. Thank you for listening. With Love, A.
