Ms. Compton, Mr. Rose and your host spent some time in the studio reminiscing over our own histories with school cafeterias of our pasts, and then we recently spent a lunch period gathered at one of round tables in the Borah Cafeteria, paid our 5 dollars and 10 cents, gobbled down our crispy chicken salads, and contemplated meal time at this school. and you’ll get to hear all about those experiences. You’ll also hear Mr. Rose’s Prep Period Cold Call with Borah’s Food Service Manager, Mrs. Chipman, who offers some fascinating insights on the daily routine of feeding Borah’s students.
