I became the MWDI Māori Women’s Business Award Winner for Tāmaki Makaurau, and it shifted something deep in my spirit. This season has also confirmed my purpose: supporting wāhine in their 40s and 50s who are ready to lead differently, with clarity, confidence, and honour for who they’re becoming. From that vision, She Leads Different was born, a powerful new series launching soon filled with raw, honest conversations with high-level Māori and Pasifika women in business and leadership.
