Let's take a minute to talk about something we all do too much of - worrying. Everyone experiences unfavorable situations and aspects in our lives which can weigh heavily on our minds and thinking about it simply takes up too much of our time. In this week's episode, Rin & Dew discuss an epiphany that was had about the balance of life; to practice the art of letting go while never letting ourselves give up hope. A fragile, finite balance that we will be mastering the rest of our lives - if we're lucky. It's funny how humans crave control over our future and elements around us, yet we have none. The only control we have is over ourselves. Allow yourself to find comfort and solace in the idea of the uncontrollable, instead of letting ourselves succumb to fear. The less you try to control things you cannot, the more control you will gain over yourself - the only thing you truly have control of.
