They know the issues, whether is improving education, reducing taxes and government spending, securing the border, combating crime, holding elected officials and our government accountable etc. But, when it comes to the fundamentals of leading, organizing, communicating, sales and marketing, recruiting, embracing the web, social and new media and winning elections, these are areas where conservatives and grassroots can improve.  To be a success in politics, you must focus on four areas: First, you must embrace Republican Principles.  Second, you must learn the basic fundamentals of leadership, management, coaching, organization, communication, understanding the web, social and new media and winning elections.  Third, we must learn how to recruit, train new volunteers and candidates.  Last, we must understand how to hold our elected officials, state-wide GOP office leaders, county and precinct chairpersons accountable. We will share best practice ideas, strategies and tactics and introduce conservatives and grassroots activists who are making a difference and spotlight their success stories.
