Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 9. In this chapter, we witness one of the most powerful transformations in all of Scripture. Saul, a fierce persecutor of Christians, encounters Jesus on the road to Damascus and is completely changed. His life shifts from opposing Christ to boldly proclaiming Him. We also see Ananias obey God’s call to minister to Saul, and Peter continues to perform miracles through the power of Jesus. Acts 9:15 says, “But the Lord said to him, ‘Go, for this man is My chosen instrument to take My name to Gentiles, kings, and the Israelites.’” This chapter reminds us that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace.  Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/support] We’re so grateful you chose to spend this time with us in God’s Word today. Acts Chapter 23 - When God Protects You in the Middle of Trouble

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 23. In this chapter, Paul stands before the Sanhedrin and boldly declares that he has lived before God with a clear conscience. Conflict breaks out between the Pharisees and Sadducees when Paul speaks about the resurrection, and the Roman commander has to rescue him from the violent dispute. Later that night, the Lord stands by Paul and encourages him with a promise. Acts 23:11 says, “The following night, the Lord stood by him and said, ‘Have courage! For as you have testified about Me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome.’” This chapter reminds us that God’s purpose still stands, even when people plot against us, misunderstand us, or try to stop what God is doing. Acts Chapter 22 - When Your Story Becomes a Testimony

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 22. In this chapter, Paul stands before an angry crowd in Jerusalem and gives his defense by sharing his testimony. He tells them about his background, his zeal for the law, his persecution of Christians, and his encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus. Paul explains how the Lord confronted him, changed him, and called him to be a witness. Acts 22:14–15 says, “The God of our fathers has appointed you to know His will, to see the Righteous One, and to hear the sound of His voice. For you will be a witness for Him to all people of what you have seen and heard.” This chapter reminds us that God can redeem our past, call us into His purpose, and use our testimony to point others to Jesus. Acts Chapter 21 - When Obedience Comes with a Cost for You

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Have you ever known that doing the right thing would cost you something? Most of us pray for open doors, comfort, and safety. But what happens when God’s will leads directly into difficulty? In Acts Chapter 21, Paul continues his journey toward Jerusalem, fully aware that suffering awaits him. This chapter challenges us to consider whether we are willing to follow Christ even when obedience comes with a price. Acts Chapter 20 - When Faithfulness Allows You to Finish Well

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 20. In this chapter, Paul continues his journey of ministry, encouragement, and farewell. He travels through Macedonia and Greece, strengthening the believers. In Troas, he teaches late into the night, and a young man named Eutychus falls from a window and is restored to life. Later, Paul meets with the elders from Ephesus and gives them a deeply emotional farewell message. He reminds them how he served the Lord with humility, tears, and trials. He tells them that he is going to Jerusalem, not knowing exactly what will happen, except that the Holy Spirit has warned him that chains and afflictions await him. Acts 20:24 says, “But I count my life of no value to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of God’s grace.” This chapter reminds us to serve faithfully, guard the church carefully, and finish the work God has given us. Acts Chapter 19 - When God’s Word Becomes Stronger Than Your Darkness

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 19. In this chapter, Paul arrives in Ephesus and encounters disciples who had received John’s baptism but had not yet fully understood the work of the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ. As Paul teaches, baptizes, and lays hands on them, the Holy Spirit comes upon them. Paul continues teaching boldly, and God performs extraordinary miracles through him. But this chapter also shows us the danger of using the name of Jesus without truly knowing Him. The sons of Sceva attempt to imitate spiritual authority, but they are overpowered. As a result, fear falls on many, believers confess their sins, and people burn books connected to sorcery. Acts 19:20 says, “In this way the Lord’s message flourished and prevailed.” This chapter reminds us that the gospel has power, true repentance produces visible change, and Jesus alone is worthy of our worship.
