Today I'm speaking with Dr. Sara Endler, a chiropractor who really understands how to unwind. Sara is a multi faceted creator who continuously explores the connectivity of body, mind, earth and soul. She is a second generation Chiropractor, and her Chiropractic studies intermingle with trainings and courses from Somatics, Dance, Functional Neurology and Yoga. Whether it's in the treatment room, in a group setting or in a consultation, she wishes to empower through embodiment, as a way to support the journey to find ease in the body. A common thread running through most of her projects and creations is the nervous system. #33 • In this episode I'm unmasking myself and coming clean. When I was a child, I was diagnosed with ADHD. But my mom didn't believe in ADHD. I adopted her beliefs and also decided it was not real. It was swept under the rug and the mask went on. Accepting this about myself at the age of (almost) 35 and removing the mask of who I am not has been so healing. In this episode I go over the 4 layers of emotions, how to decode their language, and get to the source code of a feeling so that you can feel it, heal it, and be free to fully express yourself.
