Here to Share is a voice note–style podcast hosted by Maggie Ward. Former life coach. Reluctant mystic. Burnt out on fixing herself but still curious. I’ve done the trainings, the plant medicine, the yoga cults in Bali. Now, I mostly talk to myself in parking lots. This is a space for sharing what’s helped, what hasn’t, and what’s still unfolding. Where sacred meets sarcastic and everything gets said over coffee. Join me, if that's your thing. maggieward21.substack.com

episode Three Cups of Coffee and a Nervous System Reset cover

Three Cups of Coffee and a Nervous System Reset

Maggie’s back after a winter hiatus (read: gray skies, low energy, mild existential recalibration) and stepping into spring with a different perspective. This episode is a mix of energy work, career pivots, and the ongoing experiment of being a person with a nervous system in 2026. She shares why she’s rethinking coaching, what it looks like to stop trying to “fix” everything, and why energy work is making a comeback—but this time, without the pressure to be life-changing. Also: coffee. Still very much in the picture. In this episode: Why doing the thing > thinking about the thing Letting go of the need for everything to be “the solution” Energy work, but make it practical (and slightly less woo) The nervous system: sensitive, intelligent, and occasionally dramatic How stress becomes your personality (and how to gently undo that) Learning to trust your body… selectively, depending on caffeine intake What’s happening now: Maggie is reopening a small number of one-on-one energy sessions focused on: Personalized energy clearing + chakra work Reiki-inspired sessions Nervous system resets Available virtually, possibly in person. Closing thought: There’s no big breakthrough waiting for you.Just a series of smaller, slightly more honest steps. This is a public episode. episode Be the Change…and all that cover

Be the Change…and all that

In this episode, I’m sitting with a birthday that felt quieter than expected, a world that feels heavy, and a realization that hit me during morning meditation:I spend a lot of time asking for what I want—and not enough time asking what I’m offering. This is a rambling reflection on kindness, presence, and the uncomfortable truth that most of us (myself included) are way more self-absorbed than we realize. I talk about manifesting fatigue, road rage in Boston, sadness for people I care about, and the small, ordinary ways we can show up better—without becoming saints or pretending we’re not annoyed half the time. In this episode: Turning 38 and feeling… meh Why manifesting can feel exhausting The difference between wanting and offering Kindness without performative spirituality Being a good neighbor in ordinary ways Why “be the change” is corny but still true This is a public episode. episode Why I Love The Revivalists So Much cover

Why I Love The Revivalists So Much

I recorded this in my car instead of going into work. Part of the reason I love sharing about The Revivalists so much is because…I genuinely love them. But also because it’s really easy for me to be sarcastic and cynical about most things. Expressing joy can feel more terrifying than expressing pain. I’m learning that my biggest hangup with vulnerability lives there—having the courage to love things openly. On their website, the lead singer says: “This band is one of the biggest representations of love in my life. It’s love personified.” As a fan, I experience them as love personified. Their concerts feel like standing inside a container of joy. And when you let music move you like that, it will shift you. So…more live music? And maybe a groupie yoga tour whenever they announce their next one. (I’m only half kidding.) Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
