A proud graduate of East Tennessee State University with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Social Work, Chad has held various roles throughout his career, working with individuals of all ages. His extensive background in direct care, coupled with his leadership in overseeing numerous mental health and addiction programs, has positioned him as a key figure in the field. Currently, as the Senior Director of Outpatient Addiction Services, Chad leads efforts to provide essential support and treatment for those battling addiction, offering hope and guidance to countless individuals in need.

His journey has been one of resilience and strength, especially since his diagnosis of Bipolar 2 disorder and PTSD in 2015.
