Episode Art as medicine and bridge of consciousness with Aphra Natley Cover

Art as medicine and bridge of consciousness with Aphra Natley

Aphra Natley is an artist, transpersonal art therapist and shamanic practitioner, working in private practice, with groups and on retreats. Aphra’s paintings serve as meditative and therapeutic channels that bring oneself closer to true nature. They emerge through an animistic worldview of art as self-inquiry, and a force for good. Her art and healing practices dive into interior landscapes, where archetypes and parts of self roam, and by aligning closely with nature and the elements, into the unconscious, there emerge forms that offer a transcendent mirror. Each painting is a gentle window to confide in, illuminating something of soul life, of consciousness and the working through of personal & collective karmic shadow, of death and rebirth, of form giving way to energy, the mystery of life, whilst revering infinite Spirit in all Nature. www.aphranatley.com [https://www.aphranatley.com] instagram.com/asanctuaire [https://www.instagram.com/asanctuaire/] *** This project is created with the intention to weave meaning into contemporary culture and expand community around the topics that interconnect art, spirit and Nature.
