Mitigating Stress With Nick Lamanna
In today's episode, my guest Nick Lamanna [https://www.instagram.com/mitigatestress/] shared his personal journey of health, spirituality, and healing. At the age of 5 Nick's father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, but miraculously survived with alternative treatments and stress reduction therapies that are commonly ridiculed. From there on out Nick and his family adventures through alternative diets like vegetarianism, veganism, raw veganism, fruitarian and about everything in-between. During this time, Nick was also powerlifting, trying new diets and looking for more effective ways to reduce stress in his own life. It seemed like time and time again he hit a wall, a plateau or crashed from extreme diet to the next. Eventually, Nick partnered up with his friend Nathan and they created the company, Mitigate Stress [http://www.mitigatestress.com/]. Their mission is to provide clarity, awareness, and adaptation of the stress present in today's unnatural society, which we are bombarded with on a daily basis from physical, chemical & emotional sources. With over 20+ years of combined experience in mobility, health, nutrition, personal fitness and thousands of countless hours researching and practicing on themselves these guys have truly created a one-of-a-kind company.
