Ryan catches a bunch of strays as he welcomes a new craft beer drinker (in 21 years) to the world. Aaron welcomes Mother Earth Brewing reprsentative, Melissa Bruno to the podcast to talk about the Pink Boots Society and Biere de Femme. Pink Boots is a group of women in craft beer that seeks to promote diversity within the industry (brewing, sales, marketing, etc.) and Biere de Femme is the beer festival they have created that isn't like any beer festival in country.  Biere de Femme is a rare beer festival with beers created and brewed by women and uses all the proceeds to pay for scholarships for women to gain access to different jobs within the industry.
