Jim is a Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach, Author and Ultra Cyclist Jim is interested in what’s possible. Having flown around the world competing in some of the toughest races on the planet, Jim has a very clear idea of what is possible. Drawing from his personal, sporting and professional career, Jim has seen and experienced perceived impossibilities turn into reality. From this, he absolutely knows that the majority of us are barely scratching the surface of our potential, whether that’s on the tennis court or in the boardroom. On a one-to-one level, Jim has an uncanny way of getting to the core of who you are. With your permission, he works with you to uncover those beliefs that may well be preventing you from achieving your absolute max in ALL that you do. His sessions are deep and challenging - this reflects his philosophy that “everyone is built for greatness”. He combines this with being a parent of 4 children and his sporting career, he has competed in 15 Ironman Triathlons around the world and more recently has competed in The Race Across America (a 3000 mile cycle race), for the 3rd consecutive year. Jim is the only British rider to finish the race more than once as a solo rider! Jacqueline A. Hinds is the Founder of Wilson Hinds Consulting Ltd, a Board Member & International Liaison for the Society of Emotional Intelligence International, USA as well as, Founder & CEO of the Society of Emotional Intelligence, UK & Europe. She is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach & Leadership Consultant, with over 25 years of knowledge, skills, and expertise within the Human Resource Development arena, working within key corporate and public sector and healthcare organisations. She is an international keynote speaker, sharing her knowledge of Emotional and Cultural Intelligence and its role in Transformation and Organisational Change initiatives, within the corporate arena as well as Health and Social Care including Dementia Care Management. Since 2018, Jacqueline has been developing people within the Cybersecurity industry and encouraging Female Leadership; and is a Collaborative Partner and Advisory Member of the SHe CISO Exec. Leadership Programme. She is also a voluntary role model/mentor for organisations such as the Black Training Enterprise Group (BTEG) and, has previously supported the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust on their young peoples' Careers Project. Jacqueline is also an established author, and her book entitled Journey to Empowerment: Tackling the bullies within, takes the reader on her journey from the School Yard to the present day, looking at bullying, harassment as well as peoples’ mindsets and behaviours and, she was recently awarded the Divas of Colour Award for Inspirational Woman 2020 and received this along with the 2021 awardees at an event at Hilton Hotel, Canary Wharf. Student wellbeing & EI

Sam Moinet is leading the revolution in student well-being. As an international speaker and coach his aim is to transform emotional support for young people and create lasting change for future generations. As a teacher for half a decade, Sam found many problems within the education system. Many students failed to achieve the grades they wanted, they lacked self-confidence and were not motivated to achieve their very best. After feeling frustrated with the lack of support for young people, Sam wanted to have a bigger impact on his students and provide them with essential life skills so that they can create success, happiness and well-being without pushing their problems away. Having gained his coaching qualifications Sam began working with students on a one-to-one basis and the results were incredible. His enthusiastic and professional approach gave students the chance to learn so much about themselves which enabling them overcome their challenges. Sam created his own coaching programme that uses simple and effective tools so that students can believe in themselves, who they are and how they can achieve their best. So far Student Breakthrough has helped 1000’s students worldwide whilst supporting ten schools and universities. Kul served for 32 years in the UK police service, of which two-thirds were spent at a leadership level. In his life as a police leader, he has overseen complex and varied departments and commanded critical and major operational scenarios. He is a dynamic and passionate leadership and emotional intelligence specialist, who has spoken widely across private and public sectors on developing emotionally-intelligent leaders and cultures. His insights into the world of creating human-centred and self-aware leaders are more relevant now than ever before. Using his deep knowledge of Emotional Intelligence, Kul has worked with police forces, fire services and the oil industry in UK, UAE, Qatar, India and Ukraine to help develop empowered cultures.
