Episode 109 - Kalina Leopold, Transformation Coach

Kalina Leopold is joyful, wise, reliable & full of heart. She also always lands on her feet. Kalina is a transformation coach empowering women and men to drop the negative self talk and create the life they want. Her work focuses on shifting perceptions, self awareness and authentic communication. Her mission is to guide others in creating lasting and powerful transformations in their lives, and therefore the lives of those around them. Kalina is passionate about creating lasting social change and has launched Brave & Unconformable, a series of facilitated conversations about racism, discrimination, privilege, misogyny, social justice and how to become a better ally. The goal of the project is to get people talking. For folks to share their experience, listen and [un]learn. The aim is to facilitate a “brave” space for people, especially white people, to ask questions, learn how to be an ally, and get comfortable with the discomfort of talking about race and social justice. Learn more about Brave & Uncomfortable at www.facebook.com/groups/braveanduncomfortable When Kalina's not guiding others in transformation, she's been known to tear up the Austin karaoke scene with a mean Chrissie Hynde rendition and hosts her own podcast, Judge Free Zone - a podcast for people who are not afraid to get real, where she chats with amazing humans about some of life’s most valuable messes. Learn all about how you can connect with Coach Kalina at www.kalinaleopold.com & follow @kalinaleopold - she's as original as her name.

Episode 105 - Michele Riveli & John Bucci, Evident Title Agency, Inc.

Well, just like the Mullet, this episode is a blast from the past that somehow got as lost in the archives as Michele and John got in their travels to this live taping. Unbeknownst to them, their uber knowledgeable driver deserted them outside the former/now vacant home of the Iron Room restaurant to stand on the corner like tourists in their own land. Anywhoo, Michele Riveli & John Bucci from Evident Title were able to hustle on over to the new Iron Room and give us a few minutes of their expertise about title insurance and the state of the real estate industry. Michele is Evident's Director of Business Development, and a proud member of the Wolfpack (NC State's not Zach Galifianakis'). Michele moved to New Jersey in 2016 and began working with Stewart Title where she was an Agency Services Representative for the state of New Jersey. John M. Bucci is a graduate of Gordon College located in Wenham, MA, where he majored in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics. John's been in the real estate industry since 2000 and is experienced in both residential and commercial transactions, John is a licensed Title Producer and Notary Public and is willing to provide additional effort to ensure that every transaction is closed in a professional and efficient manner. Evident Title serves all 21 counties in New Jersey, as well as the entire State of New York.
