Kalina is a transformation coach empowering women and men to drop the negative self talk and create the life they want. Her work focuses on shifting perceptions, self awareness and authentic communication. Her mission is to guide others in creating lasting and powerful transformations in their lives, and therefore the lives of those around them. Kalina is passionate about creating lasting social change and has launched Brave & Unconformable, a series of facilitated conversations about racism, discrimination, privilege, misogyny, social justice and how to become a better ally. Episode 108, Austin Walker, Sales Leader, Podcaster, Authentic & Purposeful Terp for Life

Austin Walker is a passionate, enthusiastic, and relentlessly optimistic force who strives to make a distinct impact on all whom he encounters. He's the son of a Super Bowl Champion for the Washington Redskins (#httr !) and a proud alumni from the University of Maryland where he played collegiate football. Austin played in 49 of 50 career games as a walk-on who earned a full scholarship for the Terrapins. Austin's college football experience cemented the grit, work ethic, and raw passion that oozes from his spirit. By day Austin is a sales leader for Avande, the world’s leading Microsoft service implementation partner, where he liaises with Fortune 500 businesses to facilitate the utilization of technology as a competitive differentiator to drive sustained growth. While he enjoys working with senior business leaders to support organization growth, his true passions lie in fostering personal growth and development. Austin has a passion for supporting people to be the best versions of themselves and and a strong affinity for purpose-driven people. 2020 and beyond is dedicated towards purpose identification and alignment for Austin. His sole focus is to uncover the most important question we all must answer, what am I on Earth to accomplish? Living a purpose-driven life will be tied closely towards his hyper intentional pursuit of personal growth and learning. Austin strives to be a resource to support others on their purpose journey. He's currently interviewing to be a public speaking coach for a prominent global communication effectiveness organization and enrolled in Accomplishment Coaching, a program that trains ontological coaching methodology. In addition, creating content for his followers to consume is a priority as Austin seeks to expand his reach. Austin is currently establishing a platform for blogging along with a reoccurring newsletter to coincide with his ongoing podcast production with Purpenthicity. Episode 107 - Robert Kuang, Robert Kuang Coaching

Robert Kuang arrived in the US from Beijing at an early age and often found escape in stories. A trained classical pianist, Robert eventually found his voice as a storyteller, studying Film, Television, & Theatre Production at the University of Colorado and earning his MFA in Dramatic Writing at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Robert has written for Kpopstarz and the Huffington Post. Eventually Robert found that coaching was a place where he could bring his whole self instead of just his musician self, writer self or other parts of himself that were brought in isolation to other settings. After exploring the concept of integration, Robert attended a retreat with the Good Life Project and gained his first introduction to working with a coach. Robert began exploring coach training programs and enrolled in the Accomplishment Coaching training program and went on to launch Robert Kuang Coaching. As a coach, Robert believes that you are alive and present for a reason. Through practical and compassionate examination, Robert will support clients make abundant choices toward uncompromising completion of their goals...to step out of their comfort zone and find possibility. Well, just like the Mullet, this episode is a blast from the past that somehow got as lost in the archives as Michele and John got in their travels to this live taping. Unbeknownst to them, their uber knowledgeable driver deserted them outside the former/now vacant home of the Iron Room restaurant to stand on the corner like tourists in their own land. Anywhoo, Michele Riveli & John Bucci from Evident Title were able to hustle on over to the new Iron Room and give us a few minutes of their expertise about title insurance and the state of the real estate industry. Michele is Evident's Director of Business Development, and a proud member of the Wolfpack (NC State's not Zach Galifianakis'). Michele moved to New Jersey in 2016 and began working with Stewart Title where she was an Agency Services Representative for the state of New Jersey. John M. Bucci is a graduate of Gordon College located in Wenham, MA, where he majored in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics. John's been in the real estate industry since 2000 and is experienced in both residential and commercial transactions, John is a licensed Title Producer and Notary Public and is willing to provide additional effort to ensure that every transaction is closed in a professional and efficient manner.
