This is the episode on Self-Belief. Sidd and Dhanur talk about factors that can help and harm your belief in yourself and some tips to continue believing in yourself during hard times. And of course, Sidd tells stories of his personal and professional that highlight how he’s developed such a resilient belief in self.

Today, Sidd and I talk about the idea of adversity and his experiences in overcoming it as a new entrepreneur and a student. In our conversation, Sidd introduced me to a phrase that’s been stuck in my head ever since our discussions - called the “Black Swan Moment” A black swan moment is essentially an unpredictable event that is beyond what is normally expected of a situation and has potentially severe consequences. Sidd argues that everyone has their own “personal” black swan moments that push them to grow and overcome adversity. Enjoy the show!

While editing our last episode, we realized that enough content left over to make a second "mini" episode. In this episode we talk about Sidd's experiences getting mentored by Accenture and Delta, going into detail about the impact the lessons of these companies had on VDart.

In this episode, Sidd sits down with us to discuss the concept of mentorship.
