Grief is not only about death. It can follow the end of a relationship, changes in health, disconnection from family or community, or the loss of the future—or version of ourselves – we thought we would have. Ashley and Maxi are joined by James Seow, a community wellbeing facilitator with a background in positive psychology, to explore how grief can appear through sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, exhaustion and even moments of joy.
