Within IU, many students often experience male-dominance with their work and ideas being underrepresented in group settings. As Kelley students, it’s important to discuss the importance of allyship and how we can better facilitate conversations of equal representation in order to stop systematic oppression. In collaboration with the organization Men as Allies, we discuss the characteristics of an Ally, perspectives on diversity, some of our personal experiences in group settings, and how Kelley can better foster these relationships.

For years, the legal industry remained hesitant to fully integrate technology into firms and the justice system. In this episode of TechTalks with WiBT, we will highlight the women behind the success of the tech revolution and why we need more women to take it to the next level.
