We are in the 21st century and every school today should align with the 21st century skills popularly called the 4Cs (Collaboration, Communication, Critical thinking and Creativity). Learners today have the potential to be innovative and problem solvers if they are in the right environment. We need to create learning environments that inspires our learners to explore their hidden potentials.
