There is so much that they can do if you will step aside as a teacher and allow them to lead. This is one of the ways to engage learners today thereby making them responsible for their own learning

The 21st Century School

We are in the 21st century and every school today should align with the 21st century skills popularly called the 4Cs (Collaboration, Communication, Critical thinking and Creativity). Learners today have the potential to be innovative and problem solvers if they are in the right environment. We need to create learning environments that inspires our learners to explore their hidden potentials.
