This is me sharing a recent experience with today's mental health services. From being informed that I am too unstable for the very diagnosis I need, to being told by a psychiatrist that ADHD does not affect woman. You don't need to be an expert to realise how much damage this can inflict on a person. I can only hope that if you have been through something similar, you do not give up advocating for yourself.🤍

You don't have to earn your beauty by becoming someone else, and endlessly chasing the latest beauty trends will leave you exhausted. We are told to just accept ourselves, all whilst the world judges us for not fitting the mould.
