College allowed her to explore many different subjects and topics and that led her to her job as a software engineer at my last company. She still has her dream to becoming an astronaut though! She turned down the offer she received for a cushiony engineering role upon graduation and started a self-discovery journey that led her on a very different path. From Montreal to Boston

The first job took the newly wed Francine to move to a new city and a new country, away from her family but surrounded by a lot of supportive fellow friends from McGill. Then when she moved back to Canada after 5 years, she was the only remote employee in the group (way before Covid made remote work acceptable) and it was also when she was expecting her first baby. Join us to listen to how she handled the delicate situation and balance her work and family when both matter a lot to her!

Lauren and I started together at our first job together out of college and we both left our first company around the same time too. She had some very interesting adventures traveling the world and then started her own business selling awesome arts she has been making.
