why heavy + crampy cycles, endo, PMOS, and infertility aren't "normal" and how you can begin to heal
you know how i feel by now - your body is capable of healing and I'm tired of people thinking that debilitating cycles, extremely heavy flows, and hysterectomies are "the normal"
while you may have been told that those terrible pains were your forever and normal - they don't have to be. (and perhaps you do need conventional intervention - but you can partner that alongside nutrition and lifestyle for more ease)
often times hormone imbalances are the result of not enough building blocks or not enough nutrients, stress, inflammation, endocrine disruptors, and insulin/metabolic dysregulation.
(there is certainly a genetic component -but as the quote
goes "genetics loads the gun and lifestyle pulls the trigger")
-hormones aren't the bad guys, but a way of telling your body that something is off. your body is speaking to you and asking for you to listen.
-usually when we give the body what it needs and work on the foundations (movement, nourishment, sleep and stress) the body starts to heal
- it's not about it being "perfect" but taking steps back towards healings.
and yes while endo, PMOS, infertility, and excess estrogen are different diagnosis - they have similar foundations you can begin to work on. once you have worked the foundation steps, we get to come in with some more specific herbs, labs, or nutrients.
listen in to this weeks episode about walking your body home to health so you can feel more balanced, have more peace, and live the life of good energy you desire.
