Just pausing for a few minutes can be enough to interrupt the spiral or make space for a proper exhale. Today’s meditation is here whenever you’re ready for it. We’re off. Day 1 of the Relaxation Reset! Each day this week I’ll send you a short audio practice. Just a few minutes to pause and hear something a bit different from the usual noise in your head. You don’t need a mat or any kit, just yourself and a bit of quiet. We’re exploring affirmation meditation this week. It’s been around in different forms for thousands of years, really. Mantra, chant, prayer, lullaby, spell. Simple words repeated with care, words that help steady the mind and shape how you move through the day. Today’s audio is about 7 minutes long. Do it wherever you are, in bed, on the sofa, in between things. Just press play and listen. If you try it, I’d love to hear how you got on. How did it feel? Did your brain wander off somewhere? Some days you need a bit of motivation in the morning, and sometimes you need to stay in bed. This session is perfect for both of those times. Just a very simple but very effective stretch of the whole body that you can do from bed. I hope you enjoy it!! I few of you were saying that you’d lost your mojo and you needed a bit of a loving kick in the bum to reset yourself. Well your wish is my command, every day this week (starting from tomorrow) I am going to be sending you the relaxation reset to get you back in the habit (or start one) of doing a short meditation every day. The sessions are around 7 minutes long so perfect to fit into your day and we will be focusing on affirmation meditation which is the most powerful and life changing form of meditation.
