In this episode Adrienne and I talk about something most women have never been told. Your period is actually a vital sign. We get into what a healthy cycle looks like, what's common but definitely not normal, and which symptoms might be pointing to something bigger going on in your body. We also talk through specific warning signs like missing periods, heavy or irregular bleeding, severe PMS, debilitating cramps and extreme fatigue and what those things might actually mean. Plus some simple steps you can take to start supporting your cycle through nutrition and tracking.
