The ABC model has been used for many years in attempts to change behavior; however, there are many things which it doesn't take into account. Danielle saw the following meme on Facebook, posted by a fellow professional, and it really triggered this conversation,  "IDK who needs to hear this, but you're not overwhelmed. You are lazy and unorganized. Wake up earlier. Get an agenda book. Create a routine. Create boundaries (say no). Stick to your schedule. Write down and adhere to your deadline.
