From weight loss, mindset, challenges. I am your guy. I've served in two armies. The British Army and The U.S army. I completed countless of challenges from, half iron man, triathlons, boxing matches, obstacle courses, jumping out of planes, climbing mountains. I've also helped others, lose 9 stone, cancel gastric bands. I've helped a guy who was 24 stone and couldn't walk a mile - complete 2 half marathons. My aim is to help people adopt a military mindset without the screaming ans the shouting so you can achieve anything you set your mind towards.

One of the biggest problems is people don't know how to measure health and fitness and do not know how far away they are to being at a good level of health and fitness. I've created two tables that help people identify where they are now, so they know what they need to do to get to a good level. #1 My first podcast. What I do and why I do what I do.

I am forever telling my clients to get out of their comfort zone. Today I am doing exactly that by starting a podcast. In this episode I talk about what I do. Which is helping people achieve things they may think is impossible, relating to health and fitness, and that could be someone who is a size 22 and think it is impossible to be a size 16 or someone who think it is impossible to do anything physically demanding that they dream about achieve, for example a 10k obstacle race or the likes of it.  I work with these people to not only hit their goal to surpass them and helping them achieve things they think is impossible, hence - Impossible to possible. I also share a little insight to my back story and why I have gone down this route for my life. In this podcast you can hear how it is new to me and I don't hide the fact that I have messed up whilst recording this but I think it is important to show the parts where you mess up because anything you do that is new you must start somewhere. I hope you enjoy.
