Self love

‘I don't like my nose’, ‘Nah, this color won't suit me’, ‘that shirt won't fit me’, ‘maybe it is all my fault that I’m like this. Haven't we all heard phrases like these from people around us and maybe used it ourselves too? We forget to embrace our flaws by giving power to the ‘comparison attitude’ instilled in our minds. We also forget how essential self-love is and how it sets a base for all kinds of relationships in our lives. Self-love is all about fostering and cultivating physical and emotional gratitude and acceptance for oneself.
